At WAL STORE LLC, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Certain items, such as personal care products, perishables, or customized items, may not be eligible.

  2. Return Process

    • To start a return, email us at Walstore_llc@outlook.com with your order details.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.

    • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  4. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange requests.
